Mans death: police register case of murder

The Trombay police have registered a case of murder following the death of a man at Sion hospital on Sunday.

Vishnu Netke (27) had gone for a marriage on May 6 and was allegedly attacked by two men on the railway track near Mankhurd. Accodring his brother,the assailants are Vadapavla Babu and Rocky. The Trombay police are tracking the whereabouts of the accused and investigating the veracity of the complainants claims.

We have registered a case of murder. But we are not sure about the cause of death, said Senior Police Inspector N R Ambupe of the Trombay police. The deceased was taken care by his family members for two days before he was admitted to Shatabdi Hospital. He died after he was shifted to the Sion Hospital. His family claimed that no one was there when he was beaten up. That is why we suspect whether the people who were named are accused, he said.
