I was at a family wedding in Mount Abu,Rajasthan,last week. On the day of the wedding,we had this lavish lunch which was the best meal Ive had in a long time. The food was typical Rajasthani fare. I loved the lal maas and the gattas. Gattas is a specialty made from gram flour and soaked in ghee. The amount of ghee made me rethink my decision of eating it but then I couldnt resist. I ended the meal with a hot cup of tea. I was so stuffed by the end of it that I couldnt take another bite the whole day.
Anyway,at weddings you always lose all those extra calories with all the talking and dancing,so that makes me feel less guilty.
