Fast track court to try Pune gangrape caseHome Minister RR Patil said the Pune gangrape case would be tried in a fast track court and Ujjwal Nikam would be appointed the prosecutor. The police have arrested three persons for the alleged gangrape of a 25-year-old in Hinjewadi on April 3. The attacks will attract a fine of Rs 50,000 or three-year imprisonment,or both,along with compensation twice the value of damage caused.
