Down the Memory Lane

Talk of the Town opened at Mumbai’s Marine Drive in 1964 as a place for food,drink and a variety of live music.

In 1994,the place was redone as The Pizzeria and Jazz by the Bay to adapt to changing times. It became an institution for the jazz music scene in Mumbai and played host to popular performers like Louis Banks,Gary Lawyer and Usha Uthup.

Aiming to accommodate more genres in the live music scene,the restaurant and bar changed to The Pizzeria and Not Just Jazz by the Bay in 1998.

In 2012,the place re-branded yet again as Pizza by the Bay.
