In India,cricket action never stops. Soon after the fourth edition of the Indian Premier League comes to an end,the Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) will kick off. Promising to be one of India’s biggest events ever,this tournament brings together the film fraternities from South and Bollywood together.

The four teams for the first season of CCL comprises popular faces from Tamil,Telugu and Kannada film industries,apart from Bollywood. The multi-starrer action entertainer will take off on June 4 in Bangalore. There will be six league matches. The final will be held in Hyderabad on June 12.The Bollywood team,Mumbai Heroes,is owned by Sohail Khan and led by Sunil Shetty. The Kannada team is led by Sudeep,Tamil team by Suriya and Telugu team by Victory Venkatesh.

When matinee idols battle it out for cricketing glory,rather than box-office success,action and emotion are surely going to be at play.
