Realty plan unveiled

GKP Infrastructure limited has come up with a new project,G.K’s County at the Chandigarh road. This project is spread over 100-acre land but at the moment the company has taken license of eight-acre land from GLADA. Gulshan Kumar,MD of the company,said that in the eight acre land,the company will come up with group housing,shopping complex,multiplex and green belt facilities.

The rest of the township will be expanded as the license will be cleared for the rest of the land. Kumar said that they had taken this project from Clarion Property Ltd.

“Earlier,the GLADA authorities had some confusion about our company. But now we have clarified to the authorities that G.KP Infrastructure is a party of G.K Estate and Finance Pvt Ltd-approved colonisers of GLADA. The marketing for this project is on and minimum size of apartment is 900 square feet targeting the middle class segment,” said Kumar.
