Pension at your door-step

Pensioners will now be getting pension at their door-step through electronic benefit transfer (EBT) system. “The facility will be started in Samrala to distribute pension to 6,024 pensioners,” said Rahul Tiwari,District Commissioner of Ludhiana. He added that ICICI has been given this project and their representatives will be distributing the pensions to each and every person.

“There will be no need to visit the house of a sarpanch or go to a bank to get the pension,” he added.
