Educational institutes to remain closed

Deputy Commissioner Vikas Garg today ordered that all schools,colleges and other educational institutions in the city will remain closed on Monday.

The directive has been issued under Section 144 in view of the prevailing tension in the city. Different Sikh organisations have given a call for Bandh on December 7 to protest the Saturday’s clash between the Sikh radicals and the police.
