The Samajwadi Party has called a special three-day national convention beginning August 25 at Agra,where its ties with the Congress-led UPA government at the Centre,including the withdrawal of support,is likely to dominate the agenda. Senior SP leader Shivpal Singh Yadav said the issue of withdrawal of support to the UPA government would be the main agenda.
