The alleged hate speech made by Varun Gandhi prompted actor Sanjay Dutt to turn poet and coin a secular election phrase for himself: “Ram,Rahim,Manjeet,Michael,Delhi lejayenge cycle.”

The alleged hate speech made by Varun Gandhi prompted actor Sanjay Dutt to turn poet and coin a secular election phrase for himself: “Ram,Rahim,Manjeet,Michael,Delhi lejayenge cycle.”

Campaigning in different part of Lucknow,Dutt said: “Bura lagta hain, nahin bolna chahiye aisa.” He said this as he arrived to attend a gathering of lawyers organised by SP parliamentarian Virendra Bhatia.

Flanked by mentor Amar Singh,Dutt took no time in finding a connection with lawyers’ community too. “To me,you are after God,” he said elaborating that had it not been for the lawyers,he would have still been in jail.

Asserting that he has full faith in judiciary and his lawyers,Dutt hoped to get the permission from the Supreme Court to contest elections.

Signing autographs for children,Dutt said: “I am not in politics for name, fame and wealth. I already have enough to them. My intentions are clear, now I want to serve the people.”

Amar Singh said Varun Gandhi’s hate speech has exposed BJP yet again. “Don’t get mesmerised with the Gandhi surname. If you have regards for the father of nation, vote for Sanjay Dutt for he is real Gandhi – one who is responsible for the revival of Gandhigiri in India,” he added.

Reminding voters of “Siyasi (political) Nikah” between “Kunwari Mayawati and Kunware Atal Bihari Vajpayee”,Singh said: “They have tied up thrice in the past and would do so again.”
