For a song picturised on Akshay and her in Blue,Minogue will be wearing an outfit designed by Malhotra. “I was told about this just two days ago,when Farah Khan,the choreographer for this song,called me up. I then met Kylie at Renaissance in Powai and zeroed in on the outfit.”

Since it is a number picturised in a nightclub in Mumbai,Minogue had to wear something jazzy and slightly over-the-top. “It is a champagne-coloured dress,lined with silver with Swarovski crystal embellishments and a dangerously low back. It is a gold-meets-silver sparkling ensemble,” says Malhotra.

The designer,who is busy with a lot of other assignments like Yash Raj Films’ Pyaar Impossible,Raju Hirani’s 3 Idiots,Karan Johar’s My Name is Khan and Tamil film Robot,designed Minogue’s outfit in just two days. “I have been running a packed schedule for a while now,but getting the dress ready was easy because she has a petite frame.”
