(File Photo)The Centre of Excellence for Mediation (CEMA) and Arbitration on Sunday held a conference in Lucknow on institutional arbitration.
Justice Subhash Vidyarthi of the Allahabad High Court was the chief guest on the occasion.
Justice Vidyarthi spoke about the significance of the institutionalisation of the mediation or arbitration and how it is helpful for the society. He also emphasised on how effective mediation helps resolving the matters.
Sanjay Bhoosreddy, chairman of UP RERA and the guest of honour on the occasion, said the government happens to be the biggest litigant and hence the biggest beneficiary of the institutions like CEMA.
