Conference on institutional arbitration held in Lucknow

Justice Vidyarthi spoke about the significance of the institutionalisation of the mediation or arbitration and how it is helpful for the society. He also emphasised on how effective mediation helps resolving the matters.

Sanjay Bhoosreddy, chairman of UP RERA and the guest of honour on the occasion, said the government happens to be the biggest litigant and hence the biggest beneficiary of the institutions like CEMA.

Awanish Awasthi, adviser to the UP Chief Minister, said institutional arbitration is imperative to ensure appointment of fair, impartial and expert arbitrators.
