Chess tourney

The District Chess Championship will now be held from April 6 at the KD Singh ‘Babu’ Stadium,Lucknow instead of March 15. According to AK Raizada,honorary secretary Lucknow District Chess Sports Association the move has been taken keeping in mind the Boards and home examinations of a number of players. The championship is being organised in various age groups for boys/girls and in the senior section as well. The last date of entries is April 4.
