Three charred to death
Three people including two children were charred to death after a fire broke out in the room in which they were sleeping in Yusufpur area of Ghazipur district on Thursday night. Meera (22),her daughter Sona (3) and son Bablu (1) died of burn injuries after the cot on which they were sleeping caught fire.

‘Naxalite’ arrested
The Sonbhadra police claimed to have arrested an alleged Naxalite,Anil Kushwaha,from Dudhhi area on Friday. Kushwaha reportedly was a member of the wanted Naxal leader Munna Vishwakarma group. Sonbhadra SP Preetinder Singh said the arrested Naxalite had also been wanted in the murder of Shiv Prakash Kushwaha whose beheaded body was recovered from Kon area in December last year.

Four of family die
Four members of a family including a six-month-old girl died while two others fell critically ill under mysterious circumstances in Tajganj area of Agra on Friday. Agra SP (City),Sanjay Kumar,said the viscera of the deceased have been sent to the forensic laboratory.
