ASCA triumphs in Eram Cup

The team of Abhijeet Sinha Cricket Academy (ASCA) defeated Lucknow Cricket Foundation (LCF) by one wicket in their league match of the Eram Cup cricket tournament at Northern Railway Stadium,Lucknow on Tuesday.

The match proved to be a real thriller. LCF put up 178 runs losing five wickets in the given 35 overs. Mohit Pathak (73 not out) was the top run-getter. Zain Raza and Ankur Mangal contributed 26 runs each. Tukaram Naik and Sandeep Pandey claimed two wickets each.

ASCA was able to attain the set mark in 34.2 overs with just one wicket in hand. Tukaram (61),Sandeep Pandey (38 not out) and Sandeep Kushwaha (24) batted responsibly for the team. Mohit Pathak,Zain Raza and Gaurav Sharma claimed two wickets each.
