Arvinda Rathwa of Punjab Police hogged the limelight on third day of the 57th All India Police Athletics Championship by establishing a new meet record in the 100m hurdles event with a timing of 14.28 seconds at the athletic stadium of 35th Bn PAC,here. The old mark of 14.21 seconds established in 2004 belonged to Aneesa K Vijayan of CRPF. Chandrahas Kushwaha of Uttar Pradesh Police bagged the top hours in the decathlon event.
