3 Sidiots…

In keeping with the flavour of the season,the movie that’s caught everyone’s fancy,they call themselves ‘3 Sidiots’ for sharing the first name,Siddhartha. The trio from the Lucknow campus of IIM joined heads to come up with a family tariff plan that was lapped up by Airtel for the “simplicity of the idea and the ease of its implementation” to quote Bharti Airtel CEO,Manoj Kohli. The competition,Airtel iCreate,was launched in the top 15 B schools of the country,inviting entries with a plan that create revenue for the company and value for the customer. Siddhartha Shrivastava,Siddhartha Shankar Choudhry and Sidharth Prakash are IIT-ians (two from Kanpur,one Guwahati) pursuing PGDBA from IIM Lucknow. “From among 380 entries,our plan made it to the top five and finally we were adjudged the best,” says one of the ‘Sidiots’,whose plan will be launched by the company shortly.
