Theatre artiste ‘killed’

A theatre artiste died today at a nursing home in Panchla,Howrah,after he was allegedly beaten up by his director and co-actor on Friday night.

A theatre artiste died today at a nursing home in Panchla,Howrah,after he was allegedly beaten up by his director and co-actor on Friday night. Tamal Mukherjee died after being ‘beaten up’ by Bapi Ghosh,his director,and Kumarjeet on Friday night,following an arguement over payment of dinner bill. Mukherjee’s wife,Bina Mukherjee,lodged a police complaint,following which the duo was arrested.
