Kolkata witnessed a partial solar eclipse with 76 per cent of the sun obscured by the moon. The partial phase began at 12.07 pm here and ended at 3.29 pm. Cooch Behar saw 69 pc, Raiganj 68 pc and Siliguri 66 pc.
