Four die while cleaning mill

Four persons died while cleaning an abandoned paper mill in Hooghly district on Friday.

The police said that seven workers took the job of cleaning the mill and one of them decided to enter a chemical storage stand. But when he did not emerge out after some time,another worker went in looking for him. However,when he too did not respond to his fellow workers’ call,two more workers went inside. Later,the remaining three found the four lying unconscious inside . They alerted the locals who inturn informed the police.

The police has launched a hunt for the owner of the paper mill.
