Crack on track,metro services hit

Metro rail services were disrupted in the city for about three hours on Saturday after a motorman detected crack on the track at Maidan station,Metro rail officials said.

Services were stopped from 4.56 pm and normalcy was restored at 7.41 pm after the track was repaired,the officials said. Some trains were cancelled and only truncated services were maintained during the repair period.
