With his contemporaries Ajay Devgn and Salman Khan playing safe with remakes of South Indian films,Akshay Kumar refuses to wait and watch his career dwindle. One of the actors next films,Rowdy Rathore,is a remake of the Telugu blockbuster Vikramarkudu. To be directed by Prabhudheva,who revived Khans career with Wanted,the actor will be seen in a double role. Sonakshi Sinha,the heroine opposite him in Joker,will give him company for the South remake as well. Given that the actors USP has always been action,the film,with sleek action moves,may just turn around Kumars fortunes.

TRUCE OF CATS

Catfights are a way of life in Bollywood. The latest pair reportedly engaged in it are Asin Thottumkal and Zarine Khan. Zarines Character Dheela act in Ready apparently had the films female lead Asin turn green. But it makes better sense to put it behind them now as the two will share screen space in Sajid Khans Housefull 2. They are even leaving for London together on June 4 with Akshay Kumar,Riteish Deshmukh and the rest of the cast for a 45-day schedule for the film. It is still unclear about who will play the lead heroine in it. The race for it may just lead to yet another round of spat.
