A special CBI court will record the statements of Rajesh and Nupur Talwar on Tuesday. The recording did not take place on Monday as the Talwars requested the court for time to file their petition,seeking summoning of 14 witnesses,in the High Court as directed by the Supreme Court. The CBI special court granted the duo one day.
