Four people were injured in an accident in Sector-60, Noida, on Friday afternoon. They were rammed by a Mercedes car.
Police have identified the four injured as Shanti Ratan, Sumit Singh, Ram Vishnu Pandey and Ramesh Singh. Shanti, Sumit and Ram Vishnu Pandey work in a company in the area, while Ramesh Singh owns a paratha stall, police said.
“Three employees of the company had gone out to eat parathas. They were having lunch when the speeding car hit the four,” a senior police officer said.
Police said the four were taken to a nearby hospital and that the driver and the owner of the car had been detained.
