With the arrest of three persons,including the domestic help of a Civil Lines family which was robbed yesterday,the police claimed to have solved the case.

With the arrest of three persons,including the domestic help of a Civil Lines family which was robbed yesterday,the police claimed to have solved the case.

The accused persons have been identified as Shambhu,the help,Ranjay and Krishna. They were arrested from Civil Lines around 8 pm on Saturday,said the police.

The police recovered Rs 14,000,seven wrist watches and gold from their possession,which they had looted yesterday from the house of businessman Anil Maheshwari. Officials said there is another unidentified accused in the case,who is in possession of more gold. The three arrested persons are being interrogated by the police.

The accused had drugged the family before ransacking the cash and jewellery worth several lakhs. The incident took place in B-Block,Ganpati Apartments,Alipur Road in North Delhi yesterday at 11.30 am.
