New Delhi:Autorickshaw unions in the city will go on a strike on Wednesday from 11 am to 11 pm. The strike is being called to address the matter of fresh permits and fare hike,among other issues,said Rajinder Soni of the Bhartiya Mazdoor Sangh transport union.

Two men die of asphyxiation

Gurgaon:Two persons were killed when they tried to clean a septic tank in Sultanpur village on Sunday evening. Police said Rajesh (21) first entered the tank to clean it up. When he did not come up,Hawa Singh (40) entered the tank. Both men were asphyxiated. Four others Azad,Satbir,Bheem Singh and Babulal who tried rescuing the two also fell unconscious and had to be pulled out. They have been admitted in a private hospital.
