The family of property dealer and builder Vinod Kumar Gupta,who went missing from his GK-III home on Friday night,has not received any ransom call,police said.

No headway in missing realtor case

New Delhi: The family of property dealer and builder Vinod Kumar Gupta,who went missing from his GK-III home on Friday night,has not received any ransom call,police said. Police are questioning the employees of his construction firm. “So far,the family has not received any ransom call. We do not have any clues about his whereabouts,” said Ajay Chaudhry,Additional CP (Southeast). Gupta had left his house in a gold-colour Toyota Corolla saying he would return in an hour. His family filed a complaint when he did not return till Saturday morning. Police found his car abandoned at Pari Chowk,Greater Noida.

Minor fire at Sanchar Bhawan,no one hurt

New Delhi: A minor fire broke out at the Sanchar Bhawan on Sunday afternoon. No one was injured,fire brigade officials said. The blaze was reported from the lift room in the building and five fire tenders were sent to the spot. The cause of the fire is yet to be established.
