Katara murder: HC turns down Yadav’s plea

New Delhi: The Delhi High Court on Thursday refused to suspend the sentence of Vishal Yadav,who is serving life term with his cousin Vikas,for murdering MBA graduate Nitish Katara in 2002 over his proximity with the convict’s sister,Bharti.
