Inter-club transfers from November 15
The Delhi Soccer Associations ( DSA) Annual inter-club transfers for 2009 will be held from November 15-21,including the withdrawal period. The transfer book will remain open at the Ambedkar Stadium form 5.30-7 pm everyday.The withdrawal will be allowed within three days from the date of transfer application. Players seeking inter -club transfers will be required to submit two passport size photographs and a prescribed form. The transfer fee and withdrawal fee will remain Rs. 50 and Rs 100,respectively. As per suggestion of the clubs,this year the senior division football league championship will commence from December 15 at various venues including the Ambedkar Stadium. The B and A division leagues will be held subsequently. Meanwhile,the AIFFs seccond window for Inter-state transfers of players will be opened from December 1- 15. In the first window,104 players were cleared by the AIFF for Delhi clubs.
SCC lift title
Half-centuries from Abhishek Kharab (72) and Vikas Singh (59) helped Sonnet Cricket Club beat runners-up Ravindra Cricket Academy by two wickets in the final and lift the second Vibhutinath Mishra memorial under-19 cricket tournament at the Poorvi Delhi Khel Parisar. For Ravindra Cricket Academy,Chander Thapa scored an unbeaten 120 off just 70 balls with the help of 12 sixes and five fours. Sonnet had won the toss and decided to field first. Anuj Tyagi was named the Batsman of the Tournament while Prashant Bhandari was awarded the best bowlers prize. The Man of the Tournament award was given to Chander Thapa

Amit Kashyaps four-wicket burst (4/25) and Akash Yadavs unbeaten half-century (58 no) helped Ganga International School beat St. Mark School,Meera bagh by nine wickets in the league match of the third Boost Cup inter-school under-16 cricket tournament at the Vikaspuri ground. Amit Kashyap was named Man of the Match.
