Delhi soccer transfers

The Delhi Soccer Association (DSA) will hold its annual Inter-Club transfer of players -2010-2011 from October 31,2010.The Transfer Book will remain open at DSA office,Dr. Ambedkar Stadium,New Delhi from 05.30 p.m. to 07.00 p.m. everyday including Sunday till October 31st. However,on the last day,the transfer book will be closed at 08.00 p.m. The withdrawal will be allowed within three days from the date of transfer application. The player(s) seeking Inter-Club Transfers will be required to submit their passport size photograph and to fill the prescribed form,in person,before seeking the transfer from one club to another. The transfer fee and withdrawal fee be Rs.50/- and Rs. 100/- respectively.
