CAG exit in semis

In their first appearance at the the BCCI Corporate Cricket tournament for the Raj Singh Dungarpur Trophy,Delhi’s Comptroller and Auditor General Office team ended their fairytale run in the event in the semifinal as State Bank of India,Hyderabad defeated them for a place in the final on Monday.

Electing to bat first,the bankmen scored 318 for nine in 50 overs. CAG,who were 36 for 6 in 10.1 overs after the start of the fielding PowerPlay,managed to muster 210 all out in 50 overs,thanks to a solid partnership between Sumit and Bipul,who added 107 runs in 98 balls for the seventh wicket.
