Actor Neil Nitin Mukesh has catapulted into a different league after his performance in New York, but he clarifies that far from success going to his head,he is humbled by it. “I am more aware of my responsibilities as an actor, that’s all,” says the 27-year-old who swooped into town for the launch of Reliance’s Store in GK-I market.

A gadget junkie,Mukesh talked animatedly about his passion for photography. With director Madhur Bhandarkar’s Jail ready for release in October,Mukesh is looking forward to audience reaction for his performance as a prisoner. “I did not feel uncomfortable posing nude for the camera. It was done aesthetically and I would like to credit the director for this,” he says. Finally,Mukesh is also working on a romantic movie project, something he says he always wanted to do. “It is a film with Ken Ghosh and something a debutante dreams of. Besides,I have Abbas Mustan’s film and am talking to David Dhawan for his next project,” he adds. The kitty is full, for now at least.
