After Hours

Too many men. Too much couture. Rohit Bal’s after party was the icing on the cake,as the revelry played out at Cibo Lounge at Hotel Janpath, where designers mingled with models and fashionistas sipped wine that showed no sign of drying out.

Too many men. Too much couture. Rohit Bal’s after party was the icing on the cake,as the revelry played out at Cibo Lounge at Hotel Janpath, where designers mingled with models and fashionistas sipped wine that showed no sign of drying out.

The models donned hats — fedora’s and trilby’s,the reason model Tony Luke said,“was three days of gel, three days of spray, three days of products.” Designer Vijay Arora was spotted jiving to just about any song, jumping and singing,“Fashion pumps me up,when I wake up tomorrow what will I do?” he asked. Model Sahil Shroff, revealed,“I want tattoos all over me,but Bollywood won’t let me.”

Meanwhile, even as the vodka flowed, rumours circulated about an after-after-party — an invitation only affair at a house in Jor Bagh. Model Ashish Chaudhary was unfazed,“I have a commercial to shoot tomorrow,so it ends for me here. And anyway, there is no party.” However, there were some others who trouped in to businessman Anmol Roy’s residence, where the party carried on till 7 in the morning.
