The buzz in Indian art is back,if the turnout at the launch of Crayon Capital Art is anything to go by. The gallery,situated on the second floor of a prime property opposite the Defence Colony flyover was teaming with guests,lured by the prospect of viewing rare Ram Kumars and works by Arpita Singh,MF Hussain and Gigi Scaria.

Promoters Gaurav Karan and Amit Vadehra emphasised how they plan to be different from the many other galleries in Delhi. We provide a range of services. Also this is not exactly a walk-in gallery but more of a private space for our regular clients to browse for art, said Vadehra. Despite the busy season,we spotted designers Vijay Arora,Rahul Khanna,Gaurav Karans sisters,designers Gauri and Nainika,and several others from the art scene like Ashish Anand,Nitin Bhayana and Rekha Purie.
