The eighth week of ‘Mallika-E-Rasoi’ contest,Season-2 was organised at Green Valley Apartments,Dhakoli,where the large number of entrants increased the festive zeal of the event. Women,keen to win the stiff competition,brought their delectable dishes cooked in Mashal mustard oil. The mouth-watering dishes of the participants made it challenging for the judges to judge the best dish. But,Ritu Makkar’s luscious ‘Stuffed Brinjal with Cheese’ impressed the judges the most and was declared as the winning dish of eighth week. “I’m glad that my dish was liked by the judges. I would like to thank Khandelia group for organizing the event in our society,” remarked Makkar.

Delicious ‘Gobhi Paneer Madra’ prepared by Ankur Gupta bagged the runner-up prize. To make the event more exhilarating,a drawing competition was also organized for the children which was won by Samridhi Makkar. Apart from this,the evening saw competitions like singing,acting,poem recitation and a game of tambola.
