Will punish biased cops if voted back: Amarinder

On the Punjab Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS),Amarinder said,“I guarantee,and want to tell the promoters,that this deal would be scrapped if and when Congress comes to power.” When questioned why Congress leaders were working on the same issues but separately — CLP leader Rajinder Kaur Bhattal has also filed a complaint and issued a notice to Punjab CM over the PIMS issue — the former CM said he was ready to join Bhattal’s campaign against the “PIMS scam”.

Bholath MLA Sukhpal Singh Khaira had organised the meeting,and also released a copy of an “open letter” written to Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal listing specific “false” cases registered against Congress workers,cases where Congressmen were badly injured but no cases were registered against the accused,and the two cases which were quashed by the High Court.
