The Haryana Vigilance Bureau has recommended the cancellation of 34 more plot allotments and criminal prosecution against 15 people for their alleged involvement in the allotment of residential plots to bogus industrial workers in Panipat.

P P Kapoor,a trade union leader of Panipat,on Sunday.
The petitioner had questioned the Haryana Urban Development Authoritys allotment of residential plots to persons other than industrial workers in Sector 25,(Part-II) Panipat.
In pursuance of the directions issued by a Division Bench headed by Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court,Tirath Singh Thakur,the investigation officer recommended cancellation of plots to 34 individuals as they did not fall within the category of industrial workers.
Also,criminal prosecution orders have been recommended against fifteen persons. They include: Ajay Kumar,Sanjay Kumar,Manju Gupta,Ram Narain,Komal,Purnanand,Jyoti Batra,Rajesh Chugh,Savitri Devi,Rajinder Kumar,Vinita,Somnath Saini,Ganish Bhatia Harmohinder Kumar and Sanjiv Bhatia.
The DSP had,earlier,recommended the cancellation of plots allotted to 26 other individuals for not falling within the definition of industrial workers.
