Two cases of snatching were registered in the city on Friday.

Two cases of snatching were registered in the city on Friday.

In the first case,two men on a motorcycle sped away after snatching the gold chain of a woman while she was walking to the market near her house in Sector 35,Chandigarh,around 5.15 on Thursday evening. A case of chain snatching has been registered at Sector 36 police station in Chandigarh.

In the other case,two unknown men on a motorcycle sped away after snatching the gold chain of a woman near her house in Sector 46,Chandigarh,around 4.40 on Thursday evening. A case has been registered at Sector 34 police station.
