Shikha Nijhawan: The area has witnessed development, but there is a need for better maintenance. Grass that is cut in the parks is not picked up. The parks do not look presentable. Benches are not maintained. Swings have been installed in the parks which is a welcome step. The open spaces have sufficient light. Community parking lot has been built. There is a need for sweepers to be more regular so that the area remains clean.
Major General Avtar Singh (Retd): Problems of a varied nature are witnessed in the sub-sectors. In our area, the quality of widening of roads is quite shoddy. When the widening was being done,a pipeline for tertiary treated water was damaged. Care should have been taken when work was undertaken. The tax-payers money should not be wasted.
Sanjay: There are a number of well developed green spaces in the area. However, there is a need for enhancing the parking spaces in the markets. At places, the corridors of the markets have been encroached upon leaving little space to walk.
