Till now,this need,and part desire to graduate to the next level,was being met by the city’s Car Bazaar. It’s still one big mela where a purchase leaves the customer a bit hesitant and suspicious of his buy. “This happened when there was no other choice. We are giving a choice,” says Sharad Agarwal,General Manager North Operations throws open the gates of Mahindra First Choice Wheels Ltd,India’s largest multi-brand pre-owned car company,in Panchkula. Located at Plot No. 55,Industrial Area Phase 2,Panchkula,Anbros Motors will function as a one-stop shop for all those wishing to either buy or sell a car. “Customers can also avail of an array of services under one roof including purchase and sale of pre-owned cars,car finance and insurance,fitment of car accessories and assistance with paperwork and documentation,” informs Agarwal.

According to him,the size of the used car industry in India is approximately 1.5 million cars per year. “And this number is expected to grow exponentially in the next few years,” he points out how till recently,the industry was largely disorganized and characterized by a lack of transparency and choice. “With a network of 93 outlets and two superstores across India and a range of services catering to the pre-owned car customer,Mahindra First Choice Wheels is well poised to take advantage of this opportunity,” Sharad adds that on sale will be cars ranging from a Maruti to a Merc.

While he assures us of maintaining strict quality standards,he adds that emphasis will be made on creating an eco-system like that of a new car showroom. “Before purchasing a car,a trained engineer thoroughly inspects it and checks the papers which the car undergoes an extensive quality check to keep it in a mint condition.
