Schoolboy held for ruckus in Sector 20

The UT police have arrested a boy of Sector 20 for allegedly damaging a car and house of a girl he had come in contact with through Facebook. The girl had refused to accept the boy’s request following which he created a ruckus outside her home.

The juvenile,a student of a private school,has been identified by the family members of girl among several youths,who were rounded up by the police in this regard. SHO of PS 19 Inspector Ram Gopal said the boy had been harassing the family for the last one and a half months. After the arrest,he was sent to a juvenile home. He said that half a dozen youths were arrested in this regard and the juvenile was identified with the help of a footage of CCTV camera,which was installed at the house.
