PUTA elections on Tuesday

The two groups contesting the Panjab University Teachers Association (PUTA) elections schdeuled on August 10,released their manifestos on Thursday.

Hindi lecture on Monday

A lecture will be organised by the Department of Hindi,Panjab University,on August 9 to mark Premchand Jayanti. The talk Premchand and Kisan will be delivered by renowned Hindi critic Professor Manager Pandey. He is the former head of the Centre for Indian Languages,JNU,New Delhi. The lecture will start at 11 am at Gandhi Bhawan,PU campus and is open to all students,faculty and general public.

Counselling for BEd courses from Aug 12

Panjab University will be conducting counselling sessions for admission to BEd (Regular) in UT colleges (UT pool 60 per cent and general pool 40 per cent) for various subject combinations,including BEd in Yoga at law auditorium,PU campus,on August 12,13 and 14.
