A Mohali court on Saturday remanded Kevin Sushant alias Ricky (24) to five days of police custody. Ricky is the ninth and the last accused to be arrested in the murder case of advocate Amarpreet Singh Sethi. He had been absconding for the last five months. He was arrested on Friday by a police team lead by SHO Vijay Kumar,in Kharar,while he was going to a post office. He was then handed over to Matour police station. Ricky had been evading arrest by hiding at various places with the help of relatives,it was revealed. He also has other cases of attempt to murder registered against him in Chandigarh and Mohali. Advocate Sethi was shot dead in Mohali in February this year after he objected to parking outside his house. Two people accompanying Sethi were also injured. Nine people were accused of being involved in the killing. The other accused were all nabbed within a month of the incident while Ricky continued to evade arrest.
