Okay. So we have the Indian, the Italian, the Thai and Chinese cuisines. The high end food street in Sector 26 now boasts of fine dining a la carte menus, rocking canopy of clubs and underground lounges. “But when it comes to food, there is still a vacuum, and I’m trying to fill that with Crystal Bar,” Munish Bajaj looks every bit confident with his all new bar shining with Swarovski, glass and mirror work and the aura of aqueous blue light donning interiors. With a chef from Delhi and food products from all over the world,Bajaj’s place is ready to serve coastal grilled foods. While Swarovski lights and chandeliers with plush blue furniture infuses an infectious zeal, the music will be mostly electronic, house,Asian underground, drum & base,Dubstep, techno, minimal and fusion act and live visuals. As for the menu Bajaj has deliberately kept it for a very niche market. “That’s going to be the trend,” he says, forecasting a hardcore club-pub hopping fashion in the next five years with focus on dry foods with dips and a melee of cocktails. From soups including Consomme ala polo and summer minestrone,a variety of salads including Caeser salad, mascarpone grilled chicken salad, classic salami Olivet pasta salad,Tuscan tuna salad and fresh green to appetizers like shrimp cocktail, fried shrimp, smoked salmon, fresh tuna, chef fish, chicken sauté,chicken and mushroom patties,Greek shish Kabab,Crostini, mouthwatering entrees like grilled trout/pomfret,grilled tuna, grilled fish, grilled Norwegian salmon to yummy prawns and grill lamb chops it’s a buffet of best in sea and continental food.
