A 16-year-old mentally challenged child,Raj Bahadur,went missing from Snehalaya,a home for the young at risk,run by the UT Administration,in Maloya on Friday night.

A 16-year-old mentally challenged child,Raj Bahadur,went missing from Snehalaya,a home for the young at risk,run by the UT Administration,in Maloya on Friday night. The 16-year-old,who was admitted to Snehalaya only three months ago,managed to slip out of the institute. The authorities learnt it only 24 hours ago. A couple of incidents have taken place earlier this year when a child has gone missing from such institutes.
