Inspite SCC win,BECC claims five-match series

Black Elephant Cricket Club Patiala had already won the Friendship Cricket Cup series (U-19) 3-1,still Sunny Cricket Club Bhatinda team avenged their revenge by winning the fifth and the last match of the five-match series played in Patiala on Sunday. The Bhatinda side inflicted 40-run win over Black Elephant Cricket Club Patiala,but went down in the series 2-3. SCC Bhatinda won the toss and scored 169 runs for the loss of nine wickets in allotted 35 overs.

Sukhminder (39),Jagmeet (28) and Dalip (35) contributed to bolster their team’s total. In reply,Black Elephant Cricket Club Patiala were bundled out for 129 in 27.2 overs owing to some brilliant bowling from Sandeep (3 for 22) and Gaurav (4 for 44).
