The eighth edition of the Administrator’s Challenge Cup All-India Football Tournament for boys under-17 will begin from September 1 to 9. Carrom meet from today
Chandigarh Carrom Association will organise 20 th Chandigarh State Carrom Tournament (Senior,Junior and Sub Junior categories under Men’s,Boys,Women’s and Girls) from August 14 to 16 at St Stephen’s School,Sector 45,Chandigarh.

Tennis tourney from today
The Tandem Tennis Academy St Annes School will organise its first ever tennis tournament for boys and girls Under 12,14 and 16 category from August 14 to 16 at St. Annes School,Sector 69. The entries can be sent till 9 am on Saturday.

Chess tourney from Aug 19
The Chandigarh Chess Association will organise the 21st Chandigarh Chess Championship (seniors) from Augsut 19 to 22 at St Xaviers School,Sector 44. The top four players will be selected to represent Chandigarh in the forthcoming National Challenger Chess Championship to be held in Haryana in September. Netball meet from Aug 18
Netball Association of Chandigarh will organise the Chandigarh State Netball Championship for Boys and Girls in the age groups of Under-17 and Under-14 at Government Model Senior Secondary School,Sector 20 on August 18 and 19. All the players have to report for the matches at 8.30 am in the school premises. Players born on or after 01.01.1993 for Under-17 and 01.01.1996 for Under 14,are eligible to participate in this championship. Hansraj Cricket Academy,Panchkula will take on DAV School,Sector 15 Cricket Academy,Chandigarh in the opening match of the First Smt.Kaushalya Devi Memorial Under-14 Inter Academy Cricket Cup League Cricket Tournament at Hansraj Public School Cricket Ground,Sector 6,on August 14. DPS School Cricket Academy,Pinjore,Little Flower School Cricket Academy,Panchkula,Chandigarh Baptist Cricket Team,DAV School Cricket Academy,Sector 15 and Hansraj Cricket Academy,Panchkula are taking part in the event.
