Anil Kapoor — a part of MI:4,plays a businessman Brij Nath and was introduced to Cruise when he attended the Academy Awards in 2009 for Slumdog Millionaire. The film’s shoot helped them bond further. Naturally then,Kapoor will play host to the international celebrities along with Viacom 18,which is handling the digital promotions of the film in India. The actors are scheduled to stay at Bandra’s Taj Lands End.

The film,which marks the actor’s return as secret agent Ethan Hunt,was shot in Dubai,Prague,Moscow,Mumbai and Vancouver. The screening on December 4 will be held at IMAX Wadala and will be attended by 1500 fans from across the country. These fans will be chosen on the basis of various contests that will be unveiled by Kapoor very soon. A few of the lucky fans may even get a chance to interact with Cruise following the 20-minute screening in the 3D format.

The trip,of course,will be incomplete without a party in the guests’ honour. And while there are plenty of contenders willing to play host,it is unlikely that Kapoor will miss that opportunity. The actor,while here on his visit,is rumoured to also have committed himself to unveiling BMW’s new car in India. BMW i8,which has also been extensively used in the film.

On December 5,the entire cast will then directly fly to Dubai for the film’s premiere.
