Gaurav scripts Vivek Academy’s win

Led by superlative unbeaten knock of 101 runs from Gaurav Singh,Vivek High Asian Cricket Academy recorded a 36-run win over Chandigarh Cricket Academy in a match played during 2nd North Zone cricket tournament organised by Vivek High Asian Cricket Academy at Vivek High School,Sector 38,Chandigarh,on Wednesday. Batting first,Vivek High Asian Cricket Academy posted a total of 193 runs for the loss of five wickets in 20 overs. Gaurav Singh smashed a brilliant unbeaten match-winning knock of 101 runs to help his team reach such an imposing total. He plundered runs all cross the ground. Mehar Partap Singh Cheema (36) and Suryansh (26) were the other scorers for Vivek High Asian Cricket Academy. For Chandigarh Cricket Academy,Rahul (2 for 29) and Jaswant (2 for 28) were the main wicket-takers. In reply, Chandigarh Cricket Academy team was bowled out for 157 runs in 20 overs.
