Along with her many other renowned models graced the occasion. The new salon at Ludhiana boasts of an international look,chic ambience and efficient staff with a host of beauty services on offer including hair enhancement procedures and reconditioning treatments performed by experienced hair technicians. The salon also specializes in short precision cuts,bold colour,and long-lasting hair extensions. Speaking on the occasion,Naunihal Singh,CEO,Strands,remarked,“Beauty lies not only in the attire of the bride but also in the warm glow that radiates from her face. At Strands we specialise in making brides and grooms feel the best on their D-day. We offer bridal packages for the bride and groom suiting their choices and tastes.” Strands has also tied up with a UK-based brand ‘Scratch Nails’ for bridal nail art,nail extensions and nail care.

RENOWNED music director,Atul Sharma was awarded the S.L. Foundation Award in Pinjore at a cultural programme organised by the SL Foundation at Forest Auditorium,Kalka. The award was given to him by Bal Kishan Bansal,a social activist of Panchkula,Vijay Bansal and Ramesh Chander of the S.L.Foundation,for his distinguished contribution in the field of music for more than two decades. Atul has given music for more than 5,000 music albums including famous singers like Gurdas Maan,Hans Raj Hans,Bindrakhia,along with in films and documentaries. Atul who hails from Kalka did his graduation from Kalka College and Post Graduation in Music from Panjab University Chandigarh. He also worked as lecturer in the same university for more than a decade. “I have received many awards,in India and abroad,but this one is special for it’s been handed over to me by my own people,” said Atul.
